The Telecommunications Systems Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, maintenance, and technical support of Alcatel Enterprise communication solutions. The role includes pre-sales support, solution design, deployment, troubleshooting, and post-sales technical assistance for enterprise customers.

• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Design telecommunications solutions based on customer requirements.
• Install and configure Alcatel communication systems.
• Perform migration and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support.
• Prepare technical documentation and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers during project implementation.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and health checks.
• Provide end-user and administrator training.
• Assist the Sales Team during pre-sales engagements.
• Ensure timely completion of implementation projects.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent technical support.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecommunications, unified communications, or enterprise networking.
• Must have good networking knowledge
• Hands-on experience with Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) products is highly preferred.
